1. Eligibility for Refund
Customer may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date if the customer is not satisfied with the product or services. Company will initiate the refund of the subscription during the refund period as specified under
- Where the initial purchase of subscription has been assisted by Inventory Management Software sales representative directly
- Where the initial purchase subscription has been assisted by Inventory Management Software sales channel, in that case only upon the approval of sales channel.
- Any request for cancellation of subscription for refund will not be entertained after the expiry of the refund period as specified above.
2. Refund Process
- Request Submission: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@intouchgroup.in where shall mention your purchase information and reason for the request
- Processing Time: Support team shall respond within 3 business days, and, if approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and you will get your refund in next 7 working days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear based on your bank or payment provider's policies.
- No refund amount will be transferred in any other account other than as specified in point 3 above.
3. Limited Warranty and Product Services Software Warranty
Limited Warranty Period: We warrant that the software will perform subject to condition and requirement as specified in licence policy.
Coverage: During the warranty period, if the software fails to perform as described, our support team will provide troubleshooting and repair assistance to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
- The warranty does not cover issues arising from modifications,
- Third-party applications,
- Misuse, or
- Unsupported hardware configurations
4. Product Services
Customer Support: Customers are eligible for customer support through our support team, which includes troubleshooting guidance, updates, and technical assistance.
roduct Updates: Periodic updates that enhance software functionality or address known issues are provided at no additional charge within the software subscription period.
5. Non-Refundable Items/Services
- Customization services, integrations, and additional services associated with the software
- Any paid training sessions conducted, whether virtual or in-person,
- Non-performance of software because of unsupported hardware,
- Any paid one-time services, such as data migration or custom report generation
- Services bundled with the software, such as premium support, API access, or consultancy,
- Request for cancellation of subscription beyond the refund period.
- Usage/installation on multiple systems, or evidence of misuse (misuse here means software shall be used only for commercial, legal purposes not for such purposes which are prohibited or declared illegal by the Govt. of India).
6. Amendment in the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy and our terms of service at any time as per the market requirement.
