• No physical goods are shipped.
• Upon successful payment, user receive access credentials or installation files.

2. License & Usage

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software/web application for your business operations.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Usage is limited to the number of users or devices specified in your subscription plan.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once access is granted, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate billing.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected during checkout.

4. Support & Updates

• Active subscribers receive regular updates and bug fixes.
• Support is available via email or chat during business hours.
• We reserve the right to modify features or discontinue services with prior notice.

5. Data & Privacy

• We do not access or share your data without consent.
• All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi India.
